HI, I'm Capt KP Pradeepkumar ( Retd.).I am basically an Engineering and Management professional. My 28+years of experience in various organizations, started by working in the initial 10 years with few private companies, a public sector company and Indian Army. Then my endeavor was as an entrepreneur, founded and directed two private limited companies and few proprietary firms within a span of 18 years. All these years I have noticed, lot of resources are not properly utilized, especially technical resources due to lack of knowledge and support from the suppliers.
